Commissioner Kiley is serving her second, three-year term as County Commissioner. She oversees the Human Services Department and leads the Monmouth ACTS program, an innovative public-private partnership – the first of its kind in New Jersey. ACTS brings together County Human Services and Community Stakeholder Organizations in the delivery of programs to Monmouth residents.
Sue had a successful 30-year career in the healthcare industry before entering the political arena, first as a Registered Nurse and then as a healthcare Executive Vice President. She was also a township committeewoman and later Mayor of Hazlet where she lives with her husband Gene.
Sue and Gene are proud parents and grandparents of five children and thirteen grandchildren.
